Organic Summer Research

As the summer break begins to wind down, Samantha has been busy sorting through the piles of research data collected. Her research took her to Iowa, Kentucky, Canada, and Vermont. While traveling, she had the pleasure of enjoying some of the finer things by visiting the Buffalo Trace Distillery in Kentucky, Shelburne Farms in Vermont, Ben & Jerry's factory in Vermont, and Montreal's Biosphere. Each locale provided an excellent opportunity to investigate sustainability and sustainabile food and agriculture as part of her research program.
