Newly Published Article: Sustainability through University-Community Partnerships

Samantha and co-collaborator Megan Ruxton's newest article on sustainability-based university community partnerships is now available online. It will appear in print in a future issue of Environment and Planning C: Politics and Space. The articles uncovers if and how highly sustainable communities partner with institutions of higher learning for sustainability initiatives and policies. Moreover, the article highlights the impacts of such partnerships on the three pillars of sustainability. University and college faculty, students, and staff have the ability to shape local level initiatives and help local communities achieve sustainability goals.
