Certified Gold

The Green Beans, the Missouri State University Green Team co-captain by Dr. Mosier, were awarded a Leaf Two status with a gold certification level on October 21. The Department of Political Science (in partnership with the Department of Philosophy) are the second Green Team on campus to achieve a Leaf Two status but first team to received a gold level certification. The Green Beans have been busy implementing new sustainability projects including a sustainability bulletin board (pictured), motion-activated lights, and battery recycling.
